All the sights of the city centre, Company’s Gardens, the famous Long Street, and the South African National Museum are a short walk away. The apartment is well suited to business and holiday travellers being centrally located to the CBD, the Cape Town Waterfront and Clifton and Camps Bay Beaches.

12 Polana Court is a second floor apartment with modern décor and views of Table Mountain. There is wooden parquet flooring throughout, air conditioning and complimentary WiFi.

The living space comprises a comfortable lounge with a large TV with free Netflix, dining table and chairs for four, which is open plan to a modern well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a full hob and oven, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Should guests not want to make use of the many restaurants in the surrounding area, there are amble cooking utilities for dinning in.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and plenty of fitted cupboards. There is a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The modern bathroom has a bath and built in shower, toilet and basin.

The Cape Town International Convention Centre is 2.5km away. There is a MiCity bus stop directly across the street. Although there is no dedicated parking, street parking is available in the adjacent side streets or alternatively there is secure 24 hour paid parking less than 200m away at the Kloof Street Mall, entrance off Park Street.

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.

The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.

A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.

Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.

The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:

More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%

1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%

15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%

7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%

Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%

The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.

Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
