12 Main Road is a lovely self-catering house, situated in Old Yzerfontein. A mere minutes walk to Yzerfonteins 16-Mile Beach, and the local shops and amenities. Situated on an elevated ridgeline, and with a green belt directly to the north, it offers uninterrupted views over the Atlantic Ocean and the West Coast National Park.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It is comprised of 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first, second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom contains 1 double bunk bed, sleeping 2. There is an inside shower room and separate toilet, and also an outside shower with hot water. The outside bathroom also has its own toilet.

Important Information
- During peak holiday periods (Easter, long weekends, mid-December to mid-January and the July school holiday period), full payment is required to secure the reservation.
- During the remainder of the year, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- The deposit or full payment is forfeited when cancelled.
- We will refund you 90% of the funds paid if the unit is again let to someone else, on the dates it was removed from the open market.
