An up market complex with 24 hour security access.3 Bedroom apartment with open-plan layout and is decorated in mostly neutral tones. Consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a lounge that opens onto a balcony. The main bedroom is en-suite with shower.
The second bathroom has a bath.Apartments are serviced with fresh towels linen once a week. On request larger parties can be accommodated in the complex. Free private parking is available on site.

Important Information
- All rates quoted in South African rand and are per unit per night.
- Check in time is from 14H00 and units should be vacated by 10:00 on date of departure.
- Maximum number of guests allowed = 6 Amendments to arrival or departure dates will only be considered if requested 14 days before arrival.
- Linen and Bath towels will be provided and changed every 7 days during your stay.
- Guests should bring their own beach towels.
- Daily cleaning except on Sundays.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point:
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
