This two bedroom holiday apartment is designed and furnished to a high specification. It houses an open-plan living space, with tiled flooring, television with full DSTV package, and DVD player.
104 Coral Islands sliding doors open onto the ocean facing balcony with chairs and a Weber braai. It houses a fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The second bathroom also has a shower, toilet and basin.
There is one designated undercover parking space and an outside parking space within the security complex. It is just 5 minutes walk away from the MyCiti Bus-route to Cape Town, V & A Waterfront and other areas. A variety of restaurants are within walking distance from apartment.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
