102 Oyster Rock is a Luxury, 4 star graded, self catering apartment (vacation rental) located in Umhlanga Rocks. This two bedroom self catering apartment (vacation rental) has direct beach access and is within 80 meters of the swimming beach and minutes away from the restaurants and shops of the coastal resort of Umhlanga.
This luxury self catering apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The apartment can comfortably sleep four people with a King-size bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Off the lounge and main bedroom are sliding doors onto the patio with lovely sea views. The modern kitchen has granite tops and is beautifully appointed and fully equipped. There is a microwave oven, under counter oven and hob, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a dishwasher. FREE Wi-Fi internet access is provided with unlimited access. The apartment has satellite TV (DSTV) as well as a DVD player.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in the open plan lounge and dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Secure double undercover parking is provided for your vehicles. There are two swimming pools within the grounds of The Oysters, with braai (barbeque) facilities, set in lush and well maintained gardens.

- We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
- Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. - Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or "non arrival".
- The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit / credit card details.
Cancellation Policy
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled the monies received will only be refunded once the apartment has been re-let.
- The maximum occupancy of six persons in the unit (6 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
- Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
- The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- This is a no smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
- A R1500 breakage deposit is required.
- This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
