The apartment has a large private deck that overlooks an outdoor swimming pool. This apartment has a real holiday feel and comes with a barbecue facility and a gym.
This modern 2 bedroom apartment is tastefully furnished. The main bedroom comprises a queen size extra length bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower only while bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower only. Two additional guests can be accommodated on a sleeper couch. Bed linen and towels are provided.
An open plan living, dining room and kitchen gets the whole family together; kids can even be monitored from the kitchen through the big sliding doors while taking a swim in the sparkling pool.
The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a glass top stove, an oven, a full fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a toaster and sufficient crockery and cutlery. There is a coin operated washer/dryer in the complex.
Ocean-facing Sea Point is a lively, affluent suburb where sandy beaches like Milton and Saunder’s Rock feature tidal pools, kids’ playgrounds and sunset views. Tracing the coastline, Sea Point Promenade is a popular walking route. Heading inland, there are abundant sushi bars, fast-food eateries and pizzerias. African handicrafts, craft coffee and live music are among the draws at the colorful Mojo Market.

Important Information
DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.
Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.
The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:
More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%
1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%
15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%
7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%
Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%
The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.
Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
