1 On Ross consists of three cottages nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Henry Road. It has a beautiful garden which featured in the Gardens of Grahamstown show, pool and offers braai facilities.

Tea/coffee, milk and a choice of 3 cereals are provided and breakfast is available in the cottages on request. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and braai facilities. All units have a flat screen FHD TV with DSTV, complimentary WiFi and are serviced daily.

Secure off street parking with remote access is provided. 1 On Ross is conveniently situated close to private schools and Rhodes University.

    The Flatlet is up a short flight of stairs and consists of a separate carpeted bedroom with a king size bed or twin beds and a separate full bathroom. There is comfortable lounge seating which opens out into a double sleeper couch and a separate single couch in the lounge area.

    A well equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, full fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. offers a self catering option. Air conditioners in the lounge and bedroom, heaters and electric blankets are available.

Cancellation Policy

- If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before arrival, no charge. 
- If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. 
- If cancelled or modified later or in the case of a no show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. 
- An admin fee will be charged on refunds.
