Woodstock, a suburb of Cape Town, is situated between Table bay and the rise of Devils Peak. It is rich in history and have many monumental remnants of the Dutch Colonisation dating back to when the beach - now known as green point - stretched till as far inland as the Castle of Good Hope.
Well known places of interest in the vicinity are the Old Biscuit Mill, the Old Castle Brewery, The Treaty Tree and the King, Queen and Prince of Wales' Blockhouses whom all have historical value.
