Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

This apartment was as stylish, clean and well maintained as any luxury 5 star hotel and we were very impressed. Loved the views of the mountain and sea!!!
A lovely spot by the coasline which we would glady return to. Cape Town is full of friendly people and Blouberg was a real adventure, perfect surfing beaches and amazing places to eat out.

Heerlik ontspan met die mooiste uitsig Portico 404 is die nommer 1 keuse as jy die mooiste uitsig oor die Kaap wil hê. Lekker groot leefarea. Woonstel is skoon en netjies. Ons het 'n wonderlike tyd gehad daar. Die Kaap bly maar 'n mooi stad. Eienaar kan net kyk om 'n nuwe wasgoedrakkie aan te skaf vir die woonstel. Die een wat ons in die kas gekry het was uitmekaar en geroes maar die res van ons verblyf was puik.
