The cottage features a luxuriously decorated bedroom with a super king sized bed, superior crisp and white cotton linen and down duvets and pillows. Extra blankets and pillows are available, and top quality extra soft towels are provided. The bedroom also features an en suite with a walk in shower.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for self catering purposes. This includes a stove, an oven, a fridge and freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine. There are also BBQ facilities available.
The property also features a private patio and garden, with sun loungers as well as a table and chairs, where guests can enjoy the sunshine. Secure off road parking behind a gate is provided for extra security.

Important Information
Reservation and Payment:
- Bookings are only confirmed when a written post or email confirmation is received of the booking, following the receipt of payment.
- A 50% deposit of the total rental charge is required within 48 hours to confirm any reservation. The balance is to be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date by electronic funds transfer or by direct deposit. Failure to do so without prior arrangement with the managing agent may result in the cancellation of the clients booking without a refund.
- The booking fee or part thereof is not refundable.
- The client may also be liable for the balance and for any other costs involved in the attempt to re let the property should the booking be cancelled.
- Clients wishing to extend their stay are required to give at least 7 days notice, subject to the accommodation being available.
- Payment must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) and must be clear of all bank charges, exchange rate variations and any other deductions.
The following methods of payment are accepted:
- Bank to Bank transfer to the bank account or Internet Banking.
- Regret no credit card facilities nor does the establishment accept cheques.
- Under no circumstances will accommodation be provided until the funds have been received and cleared.
- The Managing Agent reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 4% above South African bank base rate and to seek payment in full for accommodation during the suspension period.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Insurance:
- When making a booking, the deposit that is paid on reservation will secure the booking.
- A booking of 1 night only must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- In the event that a client needs to cancel a booking, the establishment will endeavor to re let the property. A cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the full accommodation amount.
- Cancellations 90 to 45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit payment.
- Cancellations 45 to 30 days prior to arrival: 75% of the deposit payment.
- Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the deposit payment.
- Non arrival or curtailment of stay will incur the full cost of booking.
